2. Is it secure?

Our payment page is provided by PayPal, a leading payment provider with many years of secure payment experience. All your personal details are encoded via a secure internet connection (SSL) and will never be made available to a third party.

3. What audio players are compatible with mp3-tours.com?

All of our tours are provided in the industry standard mp3 audio format. This format will be compatible with virtually all digital audio players (including iPods, Digital Walkman, Zune, and mp3 compatible mobile phones).

4. I added some tours but they have disappeared from my Shopping Cart?

For security reasons, your shopping session will expire if you are inactive on the site for 20 minutes. If you have left it for 20 minutes of more since you last added a tour then you will have to re-add them. We apologise for this inconvenienve, but your security is paramount to us.

5. I have accidently picked the wrong tour, how can I remove it?

If you click on the Shopping Cart link you will be shown all the tours in your shopping cart. For any tours that you wish to remove, simply click the Remove tour link next to that tour.

6. I can't find the answer I need on the site
